Venkat Guntipally started his career with Tera Software Pvt. Ltd. as a software engineer after graduating from Nagarjuna University, India, with B.tech in Electronics & Communications Engineering. He also completed his Masters in Digital Systems & Computer Electronics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India, while already working at Tera Software. After serving for 1.5 years at Tera Software Pvt. Ltd., he started working with SoftPro Systems Ltd., where he served dedicatedly for around 3.5 years.
Venkat’s career jumped to great heights when he started working with GE Healthcare as a Technical Lead and served there for 4 years. He then joined Quantros Inc., where, with his exceptional skills, knowledge, and dedication towards his work, he soon became the Technical Project Manager and served an amazing 12 years there.
After some time, Venkat attained a certification from Scrum Alliance and served Consensus Corporation and Gap Inc. dedicatedly, mastering his skills as a Scrum Master. He even worked with great zeal and enthusiasm to improve and specialize his skills in starting new ventures and taking them brilliantly to its completion phase. Additionally, he became proficient in web-based enterprise solutions and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with Java/J2EE, .NET, and SOA technologies.
Once he became proficient as a Scrum Master, he started working at AT&T Labs Inc. and worked dedicatedly to become an expert in finding, applying, and implementing technical solutions for several business organizations. He also made himself competent in designing, developing, and maintaining software products. With his knowledge and dedication towards work, he effectively executed the software projects in human resources, financial, and healthcare industries with different approaches, comprising of the Agile Process as well.
Moreover, with his exceptional skills and knowledge of Customer management, Team Building & Management, Product Development, Systems Integration, Offshore team Management, SaaS, and Research & troubleshooting, Venkat has been a prominent name in the field of Information Technology.
He has worked enthusiastically towards building his expertise and strengths in Process Improvement & Controls, Team Building & Leadership, Project Planning & Management, Quick Learning Skills, Mentoring Team Members, Multi-tasking, Technology Initiatives, being Solution Oriented, and several others.
